GBN Seminar on 'Using your bills to make savings.'
Eco-Smart Consultancy to deliver seminar for Bedfordshire Green Business Network on 'Using your bills to make savings' on 23rd March 2011 at the Forest Centre, Marston Moretaine.
Do you take a good look at your energy, waste and water bills when they come in, or do you just forward them to your accounts department for payment?
Do you know how to work out what you're really paying per unit of electricity? Or do you look at cost alone? Your bills contain a wealth of information about what's happening in your business and if you're not reading them properly, you could be missing information that could make significant cost savings.
In this seminar, we will be showing example bills and pointing out how they work, what they mean and showing you how a whole raft of companies have made significant cost and energy savings just by analysing what the bills tell them. We will also have a spreadsheet available for you to use to log your consumption and will be going through some recent case studies to illustrate our points.
If you want your bills to be workshopped, either bring a copy with you, or send them through via email. (We can do this anonymously if you'd like.)
The seminar is free to GBN members and first time attendees. All others pay £25 +VAT.
Speaker: Jane Varley, GBN; Mark Thomson, Eco-Smart Consultancy
